About me and this website

Hello! My name is Lorenzo Castiglioni, and I live in a small village near Milan (Milano, Italy). I was born on October 17^th, 1978 and I'm graduated in computer science in the University of Milan in the 2003 year. I am a Systems Engineer specialized in the Windows Server 2003 field.

I pratice Bodybuilding since I'm 15 years old, and I've started to do competitions at the age of 18. The following are my most significative placements.

I still pratice this sport, doing competitions and trying to be every year better and better.

In 2002, I had the idea to create a website completely dedicated to Bodybuilding and to publish some photos of mine. During the last five years, I've added more content to the original version, and I try to keep this website up to date. You can find my album with 40 photos and also a brief history of Bodybuilding and a small gallery.

I use to collect a lot of photos of bodybuilders that I can find on Internet. Some of them are put here on this website. If one or more photos are under copyright, please get in touch with me and I'll remove them at once.
